·整机电器及电脑软件均采用国际知名品牌，质量稳定可靠:采用人机界面，多台触摸屏控制，电脑订单管理，操作方便，换单更快(可预存999个订单)。

整机墙板及重要部件，均采用时效处理，回火消除金属内应力;均采用高精度加工中心制作，数控磨床研加工。整机轴、辊均采用**钢材，研磨加工，高精度电脑动平衡校正，表面镀硬铬。整机传动齿轮全部采用20CrMTI合金钢，渗碳淬火处理，硬度 HRC58~62:经磨齿加工，6级精度，保证长期使用套色精度高。整机传动部位(轴、齿连接处)，均采用免键连接(胀紧套)，消除连接间隙，适合大扭矩长期高速运转。整机传动轴承，重要传动部件均采用加强型调心轴承，维护简便，使用寿命更长。(采用三大名牌:“哈瓦洛”)整机润滑系统采用喷淋式自动润滑，配备自动平衡装置，保持各单元机油同一水平。整机调整预置位功能，送纸、印刷、开槽、模切，自动归零，分合体记忆自动复位。整机工作间隙调整，采用免扳手快速调整，执行调整快速、方便。

主机采用变频控制，启动、运转更平稳，更节能。

设有缺墨报警装置，实时监测供墨系统工作状态。
