整机特点Machine characteristics

·整机电器及电脑软件均采用国际知名品牌，质量稳定可靠;采用人机界面，多台触摸屏控制，电脑订单管理，操作方便，换单更快(可预存999个订单)。

整机墙板及重要部件，均采用时效处理，回火消除金属内应力;均采用高精度加工中心制作，数控床研磨加工。

整机轴、辊均采用**钢材，研磨加工，高精度电脑动平衡校正，表面镀硬铬。

整机传动齿轮全部采用40CMnTi合金钢，渗碳淬火处理，硬度HRC58~62:经磨齿加工，6级精度，保证长期使用套色精度高。

整机传动部位(轴、齿连接处)，均采用免键连接(胀紧套)，消除连接间隙，适合大扭矩长期高速运转。

整机传动轴承，重要传动部件均采用加强型调心轴承，维护简便，使用寿命更长。(采用三大名牌:“哈瓦洛”)。

整机润滑系统采用喷淋式自动润滑，配备自动平衡装置，保持各单元机油同一水平。

整机调整预置位功能，送纸、印刷、开槽、模切，自动归零，分合体记忆自动复位。

整机工作间隙调整，采用手动快速调整，调整快速、方便。

主机采用变频控制，启动、运转更平稳，更节能。

设有缺墨报警装置，实时监测供墨系统工作状态。

*The electrical appliances and computer sotware of the whole machine adopt famous internalional brands with stable and reliable qualty, ahuman-machine interface, multiple touch screen controls, computer order management,easy operaion, and faster order changes (999 orders can bestored in advance).

The wallpanels and important components ofthe whole machine are all subiected to aging treatment and tempered to eliminate the interal stress ofthe metal; they are all produced by high-precision machining centers and processed by CNC grinding machines..The shalts and rollers of the whole machine are made of hich-qually steel, ground and processed, high-precision computer dynamic balancecorrection, and the surface is plated with hard chrome.

* The drive gears of the whole machine are all made of 40crMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a hardness of HRC 58 - 62. Afer geargrinding, the precision of grade 6 ensures long-term use and high color registration accuracy.The transmission parts of the whole machine (shaf and tooth joints) all adopt keyless connecions (expansion sleeves) to eliminate conection gapsand are suitable for lona-term hiah-speed operation with high torque.* The transmission bearings of the whole machine and the important transmission parts all adopt reinforced self-aligning bearings, which are easy tomaintain and have a longer service life, (Using three famous brands: "Havalo"). The lubricaling system of the whole machine adopts spray-type automatic lubrication and is equipped with an automatic balancing device to keep theoil level of each unit at the same level.

The whole machine adiusts the preset posion funclion, paper feeding, prining, sloling, die culing, automalic zero resel, and automalic reset of thesplit and combined memory.The working clearance of the entire machine is adjusted manually for quick and convenient adjustment.The main engine adopts freguency conversion control, which makes the start and operaion more stable and energy-saving.Equipped with an ink shortage alarm device to monitor the working status of the ink supoly svstem in real time.
